A Hands-On Journey Into Healing Foods

Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.

Over the two hours we share together, you'll discover that the kitchen is not just a place where food is prepared, it is a sacred space where ancient knowledge meets daily nourishment.

Drawing from the 5,000-year tradition of Ayurveda, the deep plant wisdom of Western Herbalism, and the grounding practice of conscious cooking, this class bridges ancient intelligence with the modern kitchen.

You will leave with a new lens through which to see every ingredient, not simply as food, but as medicine for your unique constitution, season, and stage of life.

What Sets This Apart

Why This Class Is Different

This is not a cooking class. It is a transmission of living knowledge that has nourished civilizations for millennia.

Ancient Ayurvedic Wisdom

We draw directly from the foundational texts and oral traditions of Ayurved, not a diluted wellness trend, but the living intelligence of a 5,000-year healing science.

Western Herbal Understanding

Every herb on your spice rack carries centuries of documented therapeutic action. You'll leave able to identify and use them with the confidence of a trained herbalist.

Practical Cooking Skills

Philosophy without practice is incomplete. We translate every concept into hands that know what to do and a recipe you can return to again and again.

Personalized Dosha Guidance

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness nutrition. You'll understand your unique constitutional type and how to nourish it every single meal.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love chicken. But not the whole chicken. If it’s not dark meat, I will just not eat.  To me, the breast is too dry and flavorless. But when Paul prepares a chicken breast it is moist, tender and full of flavor. Though I am not a gourmand, experiencing Paul’s preparations and explanations, create a whole new level of appreciation to the experience.

Pam Henderson

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every community in America needs a Chef Paul!  Someone who you can call and know that you will receive wonderfully delicious foods that he has prepared.  I have served his Prime Rib meals, a variety of salads, German chocolate cake, and best of all his chicken salad to my friends and family with superb results.  His enthusiasm and willingness to share facts about foods and their (?) preparations has expanded my knowledge about the culinary process.  I give him and his foods a five star rating!
